The Parko Bowl was a turning point—a leap from hobby to something bigger. As my second table design, it pushed me into new territory, experimenting with mould techniques, pre-cast features, and smoother transitions. It wasn’t just a table; it was proof that this crazy idea could become a business.

Getting The form Perfect!
Dialling in the perfect mould form for the Parko Bowl was a challenge—every curve, transition, and detail had to flow. Countless tweaks and fine adjustments but also to get it all to fit within the compact mid-size table.
The New mould process
Refining the moulding process for the Parko Bowl was a game-changer. I pushed beyond basic forms, experimenting with pre-cast features and better release techniques. Each innovation brought me closer to a seamless, high-quality design.

A smooth, seamless design with crisp transitions and pre-cast features that worked exactly as envisioned. I now had a mould that would allow me to deliver the high standard i wanted and consistently—it was proof that this idea had real potential to grow.
